Two Americas was a popular phrase that John Edwards use in his candidacy for president in 2004. My version of two Americas are different than that of John Edwards. Never the less America is on the verge of splitting into.
Most Americans know what I am talking about, there is the Liberal America, and the Conservative America. Some call them Blue States, and Red States. I am not sure how it came to be this way, I always thought that we were all Americans. But Politics have driven a wedge between friends, neighbors, and families.
How did it get this bad? Why is there is so much divide between people? What are the causes? What kind of America do you want to live in? These are question that people answer differently, and it means something different to all people.
I want to live in an America where we are free to worship God, and be able to express our faith without being persecuted. I would like to be able to say God's name without being Sued by the ACLU. But that's My View.
But sadly I live in an America where we are not permitted to speak the name of God in public areas. We are not allow free expression of our faith, without being attacked by the ACLU. The Constitution states Freedom of Religion, not Freedom from Religion.
I want to live in an America where we unborn children are not killed everyday. I want to live in an America where our children have the right to pray at school if they choose to. Now note I did not say forced to pray, but choose to.
But very SADLY I live in an America, where 3,700 unborn children are killed everyday. Also where our children are not permitted the freedom to pray at school, but are forced to study evolution, instead of the truth about creation.
I want to live in an America where pro-choice means people choose what they want to do, and then stand by their choices. They have a choice to have sex, not a choice to commit murder.
But sadly I live in an America where women can use their pro choice to have sex, and then claim that they should have power over their bodies to kill their children. How about the choice of the children. Some say how about rape, incest, and the health of the mother. That only accounts for 7% of all abortions, 93% are for pleasure of killing.
I want to live in an America where our second amendment is protected, and it is not under constant attacks, by gun banners. Bans against anything that has been granted by the constitution is bad.
But sadly we live in an America where Gun Banners want to take our right to keep and bear arms. They have tried many underhanded tactics so far they have been unsuccessful, and I hope they continue to fail in their attempts to steal our gun rights.
I want to live in an America where, the Ten Commandments could be displayed openly in public areas, and most importantly at school where it is most needed. Also where we can celebrate our Lords birthday with Nativity scenes, and other religious symbols without being sued or persecuted.
But Sadly we live in an America where the Bible, the Ten Commandments, and even God himself is forbidden in all public areas. We are not allowed any religious symbols in public areas to celebrate the birthday of Jesus. Isn't it strange that the one that affords us these freedoms according to our Founding Fathers own statements is not welcome in America by some.
I want to live in an America where Marriage is between one man, and one woman. I want to live in an America where Gays are not persecuted for their choice of life styles. They should have the right to legally form a partnership, and have all choices legal and personal, just not the title of marriage.
But sadly some states have crossed the lines to allow such unions to be legalized, and have tried to weaken the traditional state of marriage. But that's my opinion.

Conservative Christian Views
It has been always defined as one man, and one woman, if it doesn't stay that way. What will stop some nut case from marrying his pet.
Same sex relationships are not traditional, so why insist on a traditional name. Can't homosexuals be imaginative enough to find a non traditional name to fit their non traditonal life style.
