What is the problem you may ask?
Since when is it justifiable to serve women on a platter to ogling men? And who are the obliging females?
Yes, it is correct that women of contemporary society have a habit of flaunting their bits, but does this create approval for a breasted destination? A restaurant attended by too many for the soul purpose of a perve.
Don’t for a second think that Hooters is on a different level to a strip club or local brothel. They each have a similar purpose, and incite the same sexual connotation and lustful practice.
It is argued that it is the same as going to any restaurant or any other place in society. How is this so? Yes it is true that there are gals everywhere who choose to dress provocatively, but there is no guarantee that upon visiting Westfield or another steakhouse that you will be exposed to a definite degradation of women. Hooters exists for a sexual agenda. Men will tell you they go there for the fantastic steaks and great shakes, but let me tell you it is not the thickshakes they are talking about.
And as for the Hooters showgirls, their ‘breasts’ may look big and busty, but do me a favour and remove the chicken fillets and reverse your surgery. Then they may just landslide back to reality and the realization that not only does no other person have respect for their chosen profession (if I may call it that), but above all, they have no respect for themselves or their feminine value and role as a woman.
Hooters is everything every woman should flee from. It is degrading. It is artificial and a utter detriment to the nature of womanhood.
Is it any wonder women are viewed as sex object when girls are throwing themselves on the bbq to be sizzled? Respect of women is decreasing. There is no appreciation, just expectation. No love, just lust. No chivalry, just chauvinism.
As for the men, they hold no innocence. Blame will inevitably be tossed about like a hot potato, but the fact is that men need to start being men. Many men think they are wise and hold all the perfect attribute, and this is where the problem starts. They aren’t men at all. They take women for granted and everything inbetween. Start taking responsibility and recognise the value of women. Hooters is not a place of value.
Women use their breasts as a mechanism of control. And it works a treat. No doubt. Everytime. It could be argued that women have had to join forces with their male counterpart in order to be recognised in today’s seemingly ‘easy’ society. Could this account for the continually increasing levels of promiscuity, teen pregnancy and abortion? Girls sugarcoat their insecurities by undoing their top button and cutting the material from their skirts. They are used and abused by an otherwise sex-obsessed world whose only concern is their 5 minutes of fanciful fulfillment.
Men, start being accountable for your overactive parts and absolute desire for sexual gratification, be it physical or visual. Arrest your testosterone and get in touch with traditionalism. Stop treating women as sex toys or icons, and just maybe such respect will be offered in return. What is the worst that can happen…you will be a step ahead of your mates. Trust me...girls will notice and love it!
Women, where is your self worth? You many get you ten minutes of attention, but then what? Giving of your physical self will not bring you emotional gratification or attention. If anything it will repel it. The men out there may look at you longingly and with a lustful eye, but it will be for nothing more than a quick session. Men do not want a woman whose confidence lies in her breasted ability nor based on how short she can wear her skirt before her backside is the main feature. A woman’s beauty lies in the way she holds and presents herself. Confidence equals attraction. Be secure in who you are and don’t degrade yourself by stooping to levels of prostitution (Yes Hooters showgirls are paid to prance their bodies, specifically their breasts. This can therefore be argued as a level of pros-tit-ution).
Hooters is not my restaurant of choice. For many reasons, but foremost due to its purposeless nature and concept the intentionally degrades the beautiful creation of woman.
